Lifelong teacher, business mentor, and calm voice in a noisy online world.
I’ve been self-employed since 2008, when I first began teaching yoga (and yes – having a website back then made me radical).
But before that, I spent over a decade in secondary education, eventually leading a PGCE course for trainee teachers.
Teaching – and holding space for transformation – has always been at the heart of my work.
After becoming a mum in 2012, I knew I wanted a different kind of life. One where I could raise my children, honour my passions, and surf the Cornish coast when the tide was right. So I built a business around that rhythm – one that gives me time, freedom, and purpose.
A business shaped by tides, not trends
For years, I ran a thriving yoga studio in Cornwall – packed classes, sold-out trainings, and a steady heartbeat of community.
When the world shifted in 2020, so did I. In just a few weeks, I turned everything I knew into a digital business – and it worked. Beautifully.
Today,Amy-Yoga still offers accessible, accredited online training for yoga teachers worldwide.
That pivot taught me something life-changing:
We don’t have to work harder to succeed. We just need to work in alignment.
From yoga teacher to mentor for soul-led founders
My online growth sparked something new – a pull to support other women to do the same.
What started with mentoring yoga teachers soon grew into a deeper mission:
To help soul-led entrepreneurs grow their business with clarity, confidence, and real energetic alignment.
In 2022, I launched The Prosperous Yogini Podcast, sharing the behind-the-scenes of running a values-first business.
By 2023, I felt the wave rising again – it was time to serve more women, across more industries, with the same grounded, strategic support.
Now, I mentor coaches, creatives, and service providers to grow a business that truly fits their life – not the other way round.
