These are the terms and conditions relating to Your Purpose Mastermind.
Please read them carefully; by committing to any of the payment plans on Your Purpose Mastermind, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Your Privacy
All information disclosed during the mastermind remains strictly confidential. However, you understand that if you share information with other mastermind participants, Amy cannot guarantee the confidentiality of this information.

What is included:
Our time together runs from 14th September to 11th December 2026. Your 1:1 support starts as soon as you join.
- A 1:1 private session with me each month (online or in-person, 3 in total, plus a bonus 1:1 for anyone who books before 31st July).
- Ongoing 1:1 voice coaching, WhatsApp support. Amy is available during office hours, Monday to Friday and responds to all messages within 48 hours or less.
- Mastermind coaching calls and online sessions (5 in total)
- An optional WhatsApp group for peer-to-peer support and additional support from Amy.
- In-person business retreat day. Travel and accommodation are not included.
- Access to all other online business programmes Amy runs during our time together.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be responsible for the full payment for the entire duration of the mastermind, regardless of whether you attend all the sessions. All payments are non-refundable.
Should any issues arise in relation to the payment or if you need to leave the mastermind, you agree to discuss this with Amy in advance. You will be treated with kindness and respect at all times, but understand that Amy commits the time and expense of delivering the mastermind.
Where you are paying via a payment plan, this is not a subscription model; this is simply a breakdown of payments for your convenience and does not mean that the full sum is not due.
Should you decide to stop the payment process before completing the program, you will forfeit the sessions and will be removed from all groups and access portals. However, Amy reserves the right to continue to seek payment from you.
